Chris Q. Miao, Esq., is a managing partner whose practice includes commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, business/commercial transactions (business consultation, contract review and drafting, licensing), landlord and tenant disputes, and bankruptcy law.

Mr. Miao received his Bachelor of Science, graduating magna cum laude, in Legal Studies and Psychology from St. John’s University and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.  Prior to founding Lee & Miao, PLLC, Mr. Miao was an associate attorney at Brown & Whalen, P.C., a boutique complex commercial litigation law firm.  While at Brown & Whalen, P.C., Mr. Miao’s litigation caseload included, among others, breach of contract actions, copyright and trademark infringement actions, will contests, legal malpractice actions and matrimonial actions.

Mr. Miao has also worked at a boutique personal injury law firm and has a thorough grasp of plaintiff’s personal injury and personal injury defense.  Additionally, Mr. Miao has worked at a boutique commercial transaction law firm where he worked on several commercial and residential real estate transactions.
